Your questions

What does grade 6A mean?

It is the best quality of silk yarn: long, even fibres for a smoother, stronger fabric.

19 or 22 momme?

19 momme is light and soft; 22 momme is denser and more durable.

How do I wash it?

By hand or in a laundry bag, at 30 °C, without fabric softener.
