Destinations and charges

The exact charge and order total are shown before payment.

Delivery times and tracking

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, your order is delivered within 15 working days after payment is confirmed. A tracking link is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

If your order is delayed, contact contact@noctua-paris.com. Your statutory consumer rights in the event of late delivery remain fully applicable.

Prices shown

Prices include all taxes. The total amount for your order is shown before you confirm it: this is the final price. Outside the European Union, local taxes may be payable by the recipient depending on the country.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel is damaged, incomplete or not received, contact contact@noctua-paris.com promptly with your order number and, if possible, photographs. Noctua Paris will handle the claim without limiting your statutory rights.

Right to cancel and returns

Time limit

You have 14 calendar days from the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several lots, the period starts when you receive the final lot.

How to cancel

1. Send a clear statement to contact@noctua-paris.com, including your order number and the items concerned. You may use the model form in our Terms and Conditions.
2. We will promptly acknowledge receipt and send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

Item condition and exceptions

You may handle the product as needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. Any loss in value caused by excessive handling may be deducted from the refund.

The right to cancel does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised. It also does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed. Simply opening the packaging of bed linen that is not sealed for these reasons does not automatically remove the right to cancel.

Return costs

You are responsible for direct return costs, unless Noctua Paris made an error, the product is defective or we state otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back.

If you cancel the entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you is not refunded.

Faulty or non-conforming products

The right to cancel is separate from your statutory guarantees. If there is a fault, contact us: the seller covers the costs necessary to deal with a product confirmed to be faulty or non-conforming. Details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
