Destinations and charges

  • United Kingdom — Standard delivery: £4.95 for orders below £80, free delivery on orders of £80 or more
  • Mainland France — Standard: €6.90 for orders below €80, free delivery on orders of €80 or more
  • European Union (excluding France), including Belgium — International standard: €6.90 for orders below €80, free delivery on orders of €80 or more. The charge and threshold are converted into the checkout currency where necessary.
  • Rest of the world, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil — International standard: €6.90 for orders below €80, free delivery on orders of €80 or more. The charge and threshold are converted into the checkout currency.

Our prices include all taxes. The exact amount for your order is shown before payment, and the price you see at that point is the final price.

Delivery times

Your order is delivered within 15 working days after payment is confirmed. As soon as it is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated timeframe, contact us at contact@noctua-paris.com. We will handle the claim and offer a reshipment or a refund.
