Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, your order is delivered within 15 working days after payment is confirmed.

How much does delivery cost?

United Kingdom: £4.95, free from £80. Everywhere else, including France, Belgium, the European Union and the rest of the world: €6.90 for orders below €80, free from €80. All charges are listed on the Delivery and returns page. The exact amount is shown before payment.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

My parcel is damaged or never arrived

Email us at contact@noctua-paris.com. We will handle the claim and offer a reshipment or a refund.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days after receipt to change your mind, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number and we will send you the instructions within 48 working hours.

What condition must the returned item be in?

Ideally unused and unwashed, in its original packaging. Full conditions, including hygiene-related exceptions, are on the Delivery and returns page.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error or the item is faulty.

When will I be refunded?

Within 14 days of your cancellation request, using the payment method used for the order. The refund may be withheld until we receive the return or proof that it has been sent.

Products and care

Which fabrics do you use?

Washed linen, cotton gauze, washed cotton percale, Egyptian cotton, soft cotton, eucalyptus lyocell and mulberry silk. Each product page states the exact composition.

How do I care for my bed linen?

Washing at 30–40 °C and gentle drying suit most of our fabrics. Details for each fabric are on our Care guide page.

Which size should I choose?

Each product page shows the available dimensions and a size guide. Not sure about your mattress or duvet? Email us and we will help.

Do the colours match the photos?

We take great care with our photos, but a screen never reproduces a colour perfectly. Slight variations are possible. If the colour does not suit you, the 14-day return applies.
