United Kingdom	£4.95 for orders below £80; free delivery on orders of £80 or more.
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil	€6.90 for orders below €80; free delivery on orders of €80 or more. The delivery charge and the €80 order threshold are converted into the checkout currency.
Mainland France	€7.99 for orders below €59; free delivery on orders of €59 or more.
Other destinations	Availability and the applicable delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Prices and import charges

Product prices and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply under the rules of your destination. Any such amounts collected at checkout are displayed before payment.

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, estimated delivery is within 15 working days after payment is confirmed. This is an estimate and may vary by destination. A tracking link is emailed when your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@noctua-paris.com. We will handle the claim and offer a replacement shipment or a refund.
