Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to cancel, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

How to proceed

1. Email us at contact@noctua-paris.com, giving your order number and the items concerned.
2. We will provide the return address and instructions within 48 working hours.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of your request.

Condition of the items

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and complete packaging, with labels attached. For hygiene reasons, bed linen that has been unpacked and used cannot be accepted for return.

Return costs

You are responsible for return costs, unless we made an error or the item is defective.

Refunds

The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned items or proof of dispatch.

The refund covers the price of the returned items and the standard delivery charge initially paid. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, only the cost of standard delivery is refunded.

Defective item

Independently of the right to cancel, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. If there is a defect, contact us: we cover the return and refund or exchange.
